Senior Accountant
Help build the financial engine behind a fast-moving fintech company.
At CardSaver, we're building a smarter way for businesses to manage and save on their payment processing costs. We're looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to do more than just close the books. You'll own important parts of our financial operations, work closely with leadership, and help build the systems and processes that allow a growing company to scale.
If you're someone who looks at a messy spreadsheet and thinks “I can fix this” ... you'll probably fit right in.
What you'll do
- Own month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment-processing accounts
- Monitor cash flow and help maintain accurate financial forecasts
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are properly classified
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Work with external accountants, tax professionals, and other financial partners
- Build and improve accounting processes as the company scales
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with reconciliations and general ledger accounting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Bonus points for
- Fintech or payments experience
- Experience working at a startup or high-growth company
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
- Experience building accounting processes from scratch
- CPA or CPA-track experience

Compensation & benefits
- $105,000–$120,000 starting salary, based on experience, location, and skills
